10:30 am @ St Stephen's Mittagong Increasing numbers at our various services have led us to introduce a service at 10:30 am each Sunday. While it is entitled 'traditional' it is more "middle of the road". We sing a mix of the old hymns sung to the pipe organ along with one or two each week of a more contemporary feel. The type of service varies from week to week according to a monthly pattern. We mostly use a printed liturgy, so there is no room for confusion if you are joining us for the first time. Holy Communion is celebrated on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month. Music is especially featured at this service with the choir contributing well rehearsed music twice each month. Other items are performed by soloists or small groups. Our historic pipe organ is played enthusiastically and if asked the organist would be pleased to give a recital following the service. The 10.30am timeslot allows for a leisurely morning before coming to church and there is a delicious morning tea served after the service. We look forward to you joining us soon.
