Coming to church can be hard for some people to do. So at CVCC we aim to provide a different sort of church that is community based and easy for people to come to. The format is contemporary, relaxed and interactive. We have an integrated childrens program. Everyone begins in the school hall for the first part of the meeting which includes singing and a family activity. School children then move to the Library for afternoon tea and some activities designed especially for them. Toddlers and infants are provided for with a carpeted play area in the hall, where the meeting is held.

Mittagong Anglican Church realised that there were a lot of people living in the Northern Villages who did not live close to a church and did not want to make the trek into Mittagong, so we decided to take the church to the Northern Villages.

Most of those who attend CVCC live in the Northern Villages while some travel from Mittagong and further, attracted by the relaxed style of the service. Why not take this opportunity to give going to church a go, or another go.
