Youth Ministry

Our youth ministry is designed to help our youth follow Christ, grow in their knowledge and trust in him and live as young Christians in the 21st century. We do this in a fun, interesting and interactive way, with plenty of games, talks, creative videos, bible discussion and opportunities to ask all the hard questions about God in every group! All our leaders are mature Christians who share a passion for teaching and encouraging all our youth to follow Jesus as their Lord and Saviour. Mittagong Anglican Church is also committed to protecting our children from child abuse. All have undertaken training in Child and Youth Protection Essentials

FEAST for Yrs 7 & 8

Our junior youth group meets on Friday evenings from 7.30pm until 9pm in the St Stephen's Christian Education Centre. Together they have fun, consume food and delve into the Bible. For more information contact Steve Dunn 4877 1741.

FUEL Friday 7.30pm-9pm

Fuel is our group for those in years 9-12. Its a chance for any hard questions to be asked as we investigate God and the way to find peace with him through his Son Jesus Christ. We meet at
St Stephen's Christian Education Centre and enjoy hot chocolates, good music and conversation. We also play Ultimate Frisbee, table tennis, cricket and any other game we may come up with on the night! We also have social activities and attend combined Christian youth events throughout the year. For more info contact Steve Dunn 4877 1741.

STRIVE 18+ Home Group

Strive is a home group where young adults study the bible together and encourage each other in living as followers of Jesus in the 21st century. Practical Christian ministry training is also offered in this group. For more info contact Pete Bull 4871 2512.

CONFIRMATION CLASSES

Confirmation classes are for those 16 years and above. Leaders teach the truths of the gospel in order that class members might be established and strengthened in their commitment to Christ, prior to Confirmation. For more information contact one of the ministry staff.
